Based on a foundation of self-awareness and self-confidence, this program uses proven methods to equip individuals with the skills, attitudes, and capabilities for peak performance.

Curriculum Design and Development
We design and create experiential sessions per client needs.
Hospitality and Customer Advocacy
Hospitality and customer service are not an afterthought – it is at the forefront of everything we do. This session will arm you with the tools you need to deliver the exceptional service that only truly innovative companies provide while creating customer loyalty.
The activities and modules have been carefully selected, with a focus on the organization’s core values, the importance of making simple and sound business decisions, staying calm under pressure, serving joyfully and - most importantly - having fun!"
Interdepartmental Collaboration and Building Teams
This event provides the opportunity to engage as a team and discover individual and team behaviors, values, and decision-making filters. Activities and discussions will be focused on the right mind-set to set you up for success!
The activities and training modules have been carefully selected, and will be facilitated, with a focus on relationship building, communication, managing transitions, and internal/external customer relations.
Conflict Resolution and Communication Skills
When there is a disagreement in the office, or with a customer, the impact can be felt throughout the organization. This session provides strategies for effective resolution by providing the skills needed to help reduce workplace frustration by breaking through barriers that inhibit listening through reflective listening techniques and asking good questions. Building trust, using positive word choices, and appropriate body language is the glue that holds a relationship together.
Coaching and Empowering
As leaders, we “coach” throughout the day, whether in the office or at home. How do you define “Coach”? This session is facilitated with a systematic approach to coaching and being a “practical coach”. Giving and receiving feedback is important for building trust and promoting productivity. Positive recognition is key to motivation and using the art of empowerment is a must to get the most out of your team members.
Behavioral Safety Training
Being a good safety leader and recognizing what drives behavior is key to a safe work environment. Constantly communicating about safety while using different styles for different situations is the heart of motivating others. This process looks at how Supervisors can increase their knowledge of promoting safe behavior among frontline staff, whether in the field or in the office and deliver a clear message using an effective intervention process.
